When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders placed within the UAE are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days. For orders placed outside the UAE, processing takes up to 5 business days.

UAE delivery time: 1–2 days after shipment
International delivery time: 10–20 business days after shipment

Please note that delays may occur due to customs inspections, clearance procedures, or carrier-related transportation issues. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be included in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can use this number to track your shipment at:

What are your shipping rates?

We offer a fixed worldwide shipping rate of $11.99 USD for all destinations.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide.
If, for any reason, your country is not supported by our logistics partners, we will notify you immediately and assist you in adjusting your order.

How can I change my shipping address?

Address changes are only permitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order is placed.

Can I deliver to an address different from my billing address?

Yes, you can choose to have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding public holidays.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
